Capsules & Softgels · 5 batch-tested formulas
Capsules trade the dropper's flexibility for the convenience of a fixed dose you can count. We make them in three milligram counts so you can build a routine without rounding up — a sleep softgel with co-extracted CBN, a daytime CBG capsule, a daily-balance 25mg in either spectrum.
Notes from the formulation lead
The tincture line is where you find your milligram target. The capsule line is where the routine lives. We picked 10mg, 25mg, and 50mg deliberately — those three numbers cover the full conservative ladder without forcing customers to round.
The Sleep Softgel uses a vegetable-cellulose two-piece because that format gives a slightly faster gut-absorption curve, which matters for the 45–90 minute pre-bed timing. The Daily Balance and Evening Calm use a different capsule shell for the same reason — match the absorption profile to the formulation intent.

Capsules · honest answers
Customers usually find their dose on a tincture (the dropper gives 0.1mL flexibility) and then move to capsules to lock the routine in. If you already know your milligram-target and don't want to do dropper math, start on the capsule that matches.
The Sleep Softgel is a two-piece vegetable-cellulose softgel — the format suits the MCT-based fill and gives a slightly faster gut-absorption curve. The Daily Balance and Evening Calm use a plant-cellulose two-piece capsule. Both are vegan; the structural difference is about absorption kinetics, not ingredient quality.
Capsules and softgels are gut-mediated. Onset is 45–90 minutes from swallow — longer than the 15–45 minute sublingual window. For sleep formulas, that means take the capsule about an hour before you want to be in bed, not at lights-out. For daytime formulas, take with a meal so the gut has fat to work with.
The Broad-Spec Sleep Softgel, CBG Focus Capsule, and Daily Balance variants test ND for Δ9-THC on every batch — broad-spectrum extract goes through chromatographic refinement that pulls THC below the lab's limit of detection. The full-spectrum capsules carry trace THC under 0.3%. Read the COA for the batch on your jar to confirm.
Yes — but only after you've baselined the single capsule for a full week. The endocannabinoid system reads consistency more strongly than peak dose, and stepping up to two capsules without a baseline obscures whether the second one actually adds to the read.
